Single Zero Roulette
Roulette is a very simple game. Put your chips on a number,
and when the ball stops rolling on the wheel and rests on your number, you win!
Single zero roulette is a European variation of roulette that only
has a single Zero (0), it lacks the Double Zero (00) of American Roulette. Single zero roulette
does not implement the "capture/push" rules of even money wagers in traditional European roulette.
There are 37 numbers 1 thru 36, and zero (0) on
the roulette table. The wheel has stops bearing those same 37 numbers exactly.
You may places chips on as many numbers as you want and increase your chances of winning.
Straight Up: A winning number pays 35 to 1. A win on
zero or double-zero pay 35 to 1, the same as any other number.
In addition to placing your chips directly on a number, there are a number
of others bets that can be made that cover more than a single number:
Red & Black: All numbers except 0 are red or black. You may
place chips on Red or Black and win if the result matches your bet. Pays even money,
1 to 1.
Even & Odd: You may place chips on Even or Odd
and you win if the resulting number is even or odd respectively. 0 are not considered even nor odd.
Pays even money, 1 to 1.
High & Low: You may place chips on 1 to 18 (Low)
or 19 to 36 (High) and you win if result matches. Pays even money, 1 to 1.
Split: You may place your chips on the line seperating
two numbers. You win if either number comes up! Pays 17 to 1.
Corner: Why play two when you can play four! Place
your chips on a corner where four numbers meet, and you win if either of the four
numbers comes up. Pays 8 to 1.
Dozen: If four is not enough, you can play by the dozen.
Place your chips on 1st 12, 2nd 12, or 3rd 12 and you will
win on numbers 1-12, 13-24 or 25-36 respectively. Pays 2 to 1.
Column: Want to play an entire column of numbers? Simply
place chips on the "2 to 1" spot behind the desired column and you will win of the
any number hits in that column. Pays 2 to 1.
Streets: If you want to play the three numbers is a row,
place your chips on the bottom border of that row and you will win if any of the
three numbers win. You can also play Streets on the intersection of 0/1/2
or 0/2/3. Pays 11 to 1.
Sixths: If you want to play two sequential rows at a time,
place your chips on the bottom border between the two rows of numers. You win if
any of the six numbers come up. Pays 5 to 1.
A lot of options? Visualize it. You can put your mouse icon over any betting spot
